摘要： Technology has an important role in the lives particularly in the field of education nowadays because of its accessibility and affordability. Mobile learning (m-Learning) which is form of e-learning is a novel approach in the arena of educational technology that offers personal, informal, blended learning and flexible learning opportunities to learners and instructors. The present study is an attempt to determine the computer students' attitudes on the integration of m-Learning app (WhatsApp). A total numbers of 143 student participants participated in the experiment. The study used quasi experimental research design. The learners were performed intact groups of a public university. They were asked to complete the assignments through WhatsApp application. Two questionnaires were used to gather the data. The data was analyzed descriptively. Findings of the data showed that learners had positive attitudes towards the integration of m-Learning apps. The study also reports the suggestions for the future research and implications for the teachers.

摘要： The upsurge in the volume of unwanted emails called spam has created an intense need for the development of more dependable and robust antispam fillers. Machine learning methods of recent are being used to successfully detect and filter spam emails. We present a systematic review of some of the popular machine learning based email spam filtering approaches. Our review covers survey of the important concepts, attempts, efficiency, and the research trend in spam filtering. The preliminary discussion in the study background examines the applications of machine learning techniques to the email spam filtering process of the leading internet service providers (ISPs) like Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook emails spam fillers. Discussion on general email spam filtering process, and the various efforts by different researchers in combating spam through the use machine learning techniques was done. Our review compares the strengths and drawbacks of existing machine learning approaches and the open research problems in spam filtering. We recommended deep leaning and deep adversarial learning as the future techniques that can effectively handle the menace of spam emails.

摘要： The black-lip pearl oyster, Pinctada margaritifera, used for round pearl production in Polynesia, is generally cultured using "ear-hanging" where they are attached to a rope to form "chaplets." In other countries, pearl oysters are cultured using panel (pocket) nets that are more expensive than chaplets but afford more protection to cultured oysters. Prior research has shown panel nets produce pearls of higher quality and value, potentially generating higher profits. This study used cost-benefit analysis to compare pearl production using chaplet-based and panel net-based culture methods. Whole farm data, including gross revenues and annual production costs, fixed and variable, were analyzed. Average production cost per pearl using panel net-based culture was USD 22.47 and for chaplet-based culture was USD 21.55. However, use of panel nets saved around 3,430 hr (USD 6,860) of labor a year, offsetting the greater capital investment. A chaplet-based pearl farm generated USD 65,738 in annual profits compared to USD 88,774 for a panel net-based farm. Positive cash flow was achieved 1 year earlier (Year 7) for the panel net-based farm. This is the first economic analysis of different pearl culture methods for P. margaritifera and evidence of profitability will support further development of the black-lip pearl industry in the Indo-Pacific region.

摘要： Nowadays, virtualization and real-time systems are increasingly relevant. Real-time virtual machines are adequate for closely-coupled computer systems, execute tasks from associated language only and re-target tasks to the new platform at runtime. Complex systems in space, avionics, and military applications usually operate with Loosely-Coupled Computer Systems in a real-time environment for years. In this paper, a new approach is introduced to support task transfer between loosely-coupled computers in a real-time environment to add more features without software upgrading. The approach is based on automatic source code transformation into a platform-independent "Structured Byte-Code" (SBC) and a real-time virtual machine (SBC-RVM). Unlike Ordinary virtual machines which virtualize a specific processor for a specific code only, SBC-RVM transforms source code from any language with a known grammar into SBC without re-targeting the new platform. SBC-RVM executes local or placed tasks and preserving real-time constraints and adequate for Loosely-coupled computer systems.

摘要： Computer science education efforts are expanding across the globe to equip students with the necessary computing skills for today's digital world. However, preparing students to become literate in computing activities requires the training of tens of thousands of teachers in computer science. The discrepancy between student needs and teacher preparation in computer science has raised questions of quality teachers, particularly for teachers who do not possess adequate content or pedagogical knowledge to teach computer science efficiently. To address this issue, we designed an instrument to measure knowledge needed to teach computer science (i.e., computer science pedagogical content knowledge). Results exhibited that our instrument measured aspects of teachers' computer science pedagogical content knowledge; however, teachers' prior background in teaching did not influence their performance. We discuss implications for future research and practice.

摘要： Psychoanalytical perspectives on our responses to climate change and environmental destruction may be said to have begun with Harold Searles in 1972 and have gathered pace in recent years. All these explorations have in common a reliance on a set of conceptual ideas that were initially developed by Sandor Ferenczi, although he is rarely credited. Fully acknowledging of the extent of environmental destruction and climate change is seen as traumatic in these writings, and therefore, concepts that have been developed in working with patients traumatized by abuse have been found essential in trying to understand and describe our responses. This paper will show how Ferenczi's thinking about trauma and about the therapeutic relationship has influenced recent suggestions as to how a psychoanalytical perspective may help us to explore attitudes and beliefs and help others to fully acknowledge the seriousness of climate change and so change damaging behaviors.

摘要： An experimental study was conducted to predict the student's awareness of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Mobile Technology (MT) in Indian and Hungarian university's students. A primary dataset was gathered from two popular universities located in India and Hungary in the academic year 2017-2018. This paper focuses on the prediction of two major parameters from dataset such as usability and educational benefits using four machine learning classifiers multilayer perceptron (ANN), Support vector machine (SVM), K-nearest neighbor (KNN) and Discriminant (DISC). The multi-classification problem was solved with test, train and validated datasets using machine learning classifiers. One hand, feature aggregation with the train-test-validation technique improved the ANN'S prediction accuracy of educational benefits for both countries. Another hand, ANN'S accuracy decreases significantly in the prediction of usability. Further, SVM and ANN outperformed the KNN and the DISC in the prediction of awareness level towards ICT and MT in India and Hungary. Also, this paper reveals that the future awareness level for the educational benefits will be Very High or Moderate in both countries. Also, the awareness level is predicted as High and Moderate for usability parameter in both countries. Further, ANN and SVM accuracy and prediction time is compared with T-test at 0.05 significance level which distinguished CPU training time is taken by ANN and SVM using K-fold and Hold out method. Also, K-fold enhanced the significant prediction accuracy of SVM and ANN. the authors also used a STAC web platform to compare the accuracy datasets using T-test and ANOVA test at 0.05 significant level and we found ANN and SVM classifier has no significant difference in prediction accuracy in each dataset. Also, the authors recommend presented predictive models to be deployed as a real-time module of the institute's website for the real-time prediction of ICT & MT awareness level.

摘要： Game-based learning has received significant attention in educational pedagogy as an effective way of increasing student motivation and engagement. The majority of the work in this area has been focused on digital games or games involving technology. We focus on the use of traditional game design in improving student engagement and perception of learning in teaching computer science concepts in higher education. In addition, as part of an interdisciplinary effort, we discuss the interplay between game-based learning in higher education and disciplinary cultures, addressing the lack of empirical evidence on the impact of game design on learning outcomes, engagement, and students' perception of learning.
